Sciatic nerve issues are painful. If left unchecked may get worse with time. Reaching pandemic levels, patients are seeking answers to this insidious pain syndrome.

These quick fixes typically mask the issue allowing the problem to continue. The first line of attack must be to assess the anatomy and physiology. The direct and indirect biomechanics must be evaluated. The scope of this article is to discuss the simple yet effective options a patient can do at home along with options for continued assistance.
